Another great read for June! This one all thanks to Jennifer Weiner for creating wonderful characters and believable fiction…creating whodunits that keep the pages turning and plot twists that make you glad you kept going! What an awesome read! This one definitely earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!
I heard so many rave reviews about this book and just had to pick it up! I loved it. Unfortunately, due to family illnesses and emergencies, I was unable to read it as quickly as I’d like, but that didn’t keep me from picking it up every time I had a chance!
I loved the characters in this book, so many filled with secrets and unhappiness and dealing with their own issues…issues of everyday folks. Daphne, an instagrammer who received her start by a very embarrassing moment, defines herself by her weight. Drue, a spoiled little rich girl only ever wanted what everyone around her had. Darshi tried to overcompensate for the fact that she love another woman and would not be accepted by her family. And (to minimize the spoilers), the other characters that were a huge part of this book were also just as intriguing!
This was the first book I’ve read by Jennifer Weiner, but it certainly won’t be my last!
