I just finished the newest book by Kimberly Belle, Stranger In The Lake! This was such a good book. I loved that it took place in my home state of North Carolina! I really enjoyed this book, though I will admit The Marriage Lie is still my all-time favorite of hers! This was definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read for me!!!!
I rather liked the character of Charlotte and completely understood how she felt torn between the love for her husband and the tales that were being shared around town. Then when another body is discovered in the lake outside her home, in the same place her husband’s first wife was found, things just start adding up, unfortunately against her husband. There are so many other pieces to the puzzle, though!
I definitely found this to be a fantastic read and highly recommend this for those who love a whodunnit!
