Wow! Amazing! Superb! Spellbinding! Heart-wrenching! These are just a few words that I can use to describe this 5-star book! I was amazed at the raw emotions this book radiated from the beginning to the very end.
Solene Marchand was a 39 year old divorced, single mom who owned an art gallery in LA with her best friend. While escorting her 13-year old daughter and two friends to a boy band concert, she meets Hayes Campbell, lead singer and brain child of the band…and chemistry ignites for the two of them.
This forbidden love story has many ups and downs, tears and laughter, joy and fear, but through it all, I found myself rooting for them to be able to make it work, despite the 20 year age difference. I should have maintained reason, should have believed it wasn’t a good idea, but I just couldn’t bring myself to turn away a great love like these two shared! Without anymore spoilers, I promise you, there will be laugh out loud moments, tears, internal emotions of your own, and let’s not forget, a very surprise ending!
